In the mindset of keeping my eye on the prize!! I updated my BIG DEPARTURE CHECKLIST. I got to check off quite a few things!! BIG SMILES!!!

Working at a Call Centre?? I know what you mean... In the summer I manage a cottage resort...dealing with the public?? Yowzer.... Have seen and heard it all !!
